Inspire Media Network Terms of Service & Use for Video Submission
Terms of Agreement
Any person applying for, signing up, registering, or otherwise entering an Inspire Media Network grant and/or contest acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, your video submission will not be acknowledged or accepted.
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Any person submitting a video agrees that he/she will not submit, post, place or transmit any of the following material in Video Clips:
• Any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
• Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material if applicable;
• Any material sent from an anonymous or false address.
• Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group.
Inspire Media Network reserves the right to refuse any Video Clips provided by any person for any reason.
The person submitting the video assumes full responsibility and liability for any public performance or display included in the video (including internet use).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN VIDEO CLIPS:
Any person submitting a video for transfer, sharing or other reproduction, declares that all materials submitted are not in violation of any copyright or trademark laws. Any person submitting a video will indemnify and hold Inspire Media Network and any other organization associated with a contest, grant and/or campaign harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. Any person submitting a video must have either created all Video Clips or have the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate them.
Any person submitting a video hereby grants Inspire Media Network exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, modify, transmit, display and distribute the Video Clips. Any person submitting a video agrees material submitted becomes the property of Inspire Media Network and must not be posted on any video sharing websites without permission.
Any person submitting a video warrants that all moral rights in any Video Clips and uploaded materials have been waived and do hereby waive any such moral rights.
